Every effort will be made to maintain the prices shown on the Website. However, we reserve the right to discontinue any item from those shown and to amend prices when necessary.
Deliveries
We aim to despatch goods within 24 hours of receiving an order. However, at times of exceptional demand or when product is sourced for you, delivery may be extended, we will inform you accordingly.
All our deliveries are dispatched via courier.

If your parcel becomes lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we
can track its movements with the courier company.
Credit Card Security
Credit card security is provided through Comodo. To ensure the security of credit
card transactions, we use utilise Secure Socket Layer technology. All transactions
are encrypted to SSL 128bit, using Comodo digital certificate technology.
All credit card transactions are processed manually offline. You will receive
online confirmation of payment authorisation.
Stirrups Equestrian take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our
power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in
the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss
you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you
provide when accessing or ordering from Stirrups Equestrian.
Returned Goods
A full refund (less postage and packing) will be provided on any item returned
to us in the original packaging, unsoiled, within 14 days, for any reason or
alternatively goods can be exchanged. Exclusions to this include indent orders
(goods sourced or ordered specifically for you) or for custom made items. Refunds
or exchanges cannot be made before we receive the returned goods. Returns made
after 14 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Please
pack carefully to avoid damage and don't forget to enclose the receipt that
was sent with your order. Please enclose the appropriate return postage and
packing fee with goods returned for exchange, or alternatively we can re-charge
your credit card.
We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance
from the Post Office if making a return, to enable you to make a claim for any
loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are lost
or damaged in transit.
Please note there will be no refunds, exchanges or returns on sale price,
discounted, custom made or indent ordered goods.
If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the
Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. Please note: Goods must be used
for the purpose of which they have been designed. For example: A bridle is designed
to be used on a horse for riding purposes only. This does not include tying
up by the reins, the horse standing on the reins, or lungeing incorrectly. IE:
Attaching the lunge rope directly to one side of the bit which causes undue
pressure on one side of the bridle could cause a bridle to snap. Cheek and head
pieces are not designed to take that amount of weight.
Loyalty Card
Stirrups Equestrian operate a loyalty system where a point is earned per dollar
spent on all full priced items. Once you sign up to our Stirrups Loyalty System,
you will be issued with a card which contains your specific membership number.
This number must be quoted to us at the time of purchase if you wish to have
your points allocated. Please note there are no points accrued on discounted
items. The points to bonus allocation - 1500 points = $100 Voucher to be redeemed
from Stirrups product.
These bonus cards are given at the discretion of Stirrups Equestrian management
and terms and conditions can be subject to change at any time
